COOPERATION AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made between:

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

1.1 The Consultant agrees to provide:

- KOL onboarding and community building

- Project fundraising support

1.2 Specific Deliverables:

- Onboard minimum 10 KOLs through investment

- Secure $1,000,000 in funding

2. PERFORMANCE METRICS (KPI)

2.1 KOL Onboarding:

- Target: 10 KOLs within 2 months

- Qualification: KOLs must participate through investment

- Timeline: 2 months from signing

2.2 Fundraising:

- Target: $1,000,000

- Timeline: 2 months from signing

3. COMPENSATION

3.1 Upon achieving KPIs:

- Reward: 0.1% of total Hetu token supply

- Payment: According to the vesting plan

4. CONFIDENTIALITY

4.1 Confidential Information includes:

- Business strategies

- Fundraising details

- Partner information

- Any non-public information

4.2 Obligations:

- No disclosure without consent

- Use only for agreement purposes

- Implement protection measures

5. BREACH OF CONTRACT

5.1 Any breach requires compensation for resulting damages

5.2 Confidentiality breaches incur termination of a contract

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS
